曾士生，小学到高中就读于新加坡公教中学。1975年得到总统奖学金到英国牛津大学修读数学。1978年回国后服完兵役后，于1981年参加公共服务，担任行政官。1986年得到新加坡公共服务奖学金到美国斯坦福大学修读管理学硕士。1987年回到新加坡公共服务。1992年出任华社自助理事会首任执行理事长。1994年出任新加坡苏州工业园区开发公司首任总裁。1997年到2011年从政，官至政务部长。

Mr Chan Soo Sen studied in Catholic High School Singapore from 1963 to 1974。He was awarded President's Scholarship to read Mathematics in University of Oxford in 1975 to 1978.

After completing his National Service, he joined the Singapore Civil Service as an Administrative Officer in 1980. In 1986 he was awarded the Singapore Civil Service post graduate scholarship to pursue a Masters Degree Programme in Management Science in University of Stanford.

He returned to Singapore Civil Service in 1987 after graduation. In 1992 he became the founding Executive Director of the Chinese Development Assistance Council. In 1994, he was appointed the founding CEO of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co. As founding Chief Executive, he was instrumental in getting both projects off the ground from scratch.

Mr Chan stood for General Election in 1997 and served as a Member of Parliament for three terms till 2011, representing Joo Chiat constituency. He was also appointed a Minister of State, and a Divisional Director in the National Trades Union Congress.

Lawrence Leow is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crescendas Group, a diversified and dynamic group of businesses spanning property, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution and technology. The Group currently operates in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Apart from running this diversified business group, Lawrence has been active in both social and business community work. He is a patron to Yew Tee Citizens' Consultative Committee and Bukit Timah Citizens’ Consultative Committee, a board member of Singapore Olympic Foundation, Vice President of Singapore National Olympic Council, President of Singapore Badminton Association and had served in various capacities in the Singapore Business Federation and Association of Small & Medium Enterprises, as well as on the panels and boards of government agencies and statutory boards.

A former Nominated Member of the Parliament of Singapore, Lawrence is a Justice of the Peace.  A grassroots leader for more than 30 years, he has been awarded a Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2015 and the People’s Association Grand Award for Community Service in 2022. For his business achievements, Lawrence won the WorldPay ASME Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2000 and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Diversified Industries) in 2016.

Mr. Lennon Tan is the Group Chairman of ADERA Global Group and an accomplished entrepreneur recognized for his innovative leadership. After a decade at 3M, he acquired a small smart card manufacturing business in China in 2001. Through strategic vision and technological innovation, he transformed it into a global leader in smart card production, expanding its expertise to fintech, AI, biometric authentication, and more. His leadership has earned him prestigious accolades like the ASEAN Teochew Entrepreneur Award and EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Financial Technology Enablement.

He is active in Singapore's business community, holding positions at the Teochew Entrepreneurs Club and the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations. In 2024, he became Vice President of CACCI and continues to drive innovation as President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation.

As the Head of Asia Ecosystem at 22Health Ventures, Chet oversees the Singapore-APAC ecosystem's development. Previously, he led ASEAN healthcare at Amazon Web Services and served as COO and Medical Head at Good Doctor Technology. He also held innovation leadership roles at Ananda Development, earning regional awards for tech advancements.

Earlier, Chet was CEO of Parkway Laboratories’ clinical diagnosis division and held management consulting roles at Deloitte Southeast Asia. He began his career as a physician with Raffles Medical Group and the National Healthcare Group.

Chet holds an MB BCh from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, completed surgical training at the National University Hospital, and earned a Master's in Strategic Foresight from the University of Southern Queensland.

Jeremy is the co-founder and CEO of AMiLi, the first dedicated gut microbiome full service company in Southeast Asia. Trained in surgery and public health, Jeremy attained various post graduate qualifications including membership in the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), masters of medicine (NUS) and masters of public health (Johns Hopkins, as a Fulbright scholarship awardee). He was an inaugural fellow of the Asia Society A21 young leaders programme in 2006.

Jeremy has a special interest in ways that technology can increase health equity and access to care. He advises a number of health technology companies and programmes in the region and globally. He also serves on the boards of/advises various charities and social enterprises, including HealthServe, Dover Park Hospice and SNTC. Jeremy has worked in executive roles in both public and private sectors, including time spent as a senior official in the Ministry of Health, Singapore and was prior to AMiLi, founding partner of global consultancy Oliver Wyman’s Asia health and life sciences practice (2013).

Johnson Chen has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and finance. He is the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Clearbridge Health (SGX: 1H3) and the Founder of Biolidics (SGX: 8YY), both prominent healthcare companies. He also founded and serves as CEO of CapBridge, a global private capital platform, and its secondary trading partner, 1exchange (1X), now part of FOMO Global Holdings.

Previously, Johnson was a key team member at Pacific Century CyberWorks Limited (PCCW) in Hong Kong. He is involved in the Singapore National Research Foundation and NTUitive, Nanyang Technological University's innovation hub. He earned the prestigious Sword of Honour as the top cadet in the Singapore Armed Forces and holds degrees from the University of Cambridge.

Frankie is an esteemed scientist and engineer with an extensive career spanning material science, software engineering, and entrepreneurship. Since 2006, he has run a medical appliances manufacturing and research plant, gaining nearly two decades of industry experience. Alongside his engineering work, he has made significant academic contributions, publishing 12 research papers and leading a team in collaboration with the Chinese National Medical Library.

Currently leading a 270-strong diverse R&D team, Frankie has 127 patents to his name and holds multiple prestigious roles, including the Vice Chairman of a Charitable Foundation, Guest Professor at the University of Jinan, and more. His innovative research on bone conduction equipment has won academic acclaim.

Being the Chief Technology Officer at China Gaoxun Holdings Limited since 2016, Frankie continues spearheading smart fitness product innovations, receiving nearly 20 new invention patents. His research on big data's application in the health industry received the first prize for excellent papers at the 13th Scientists magazine.
